Welcome, Preschool & Prekindergarten families!

My name is Angel Brown. I was born and raised in California where I earned my AAS in Child Development from Merced Community College. I moved to San Antonio approximately five years ago to be closer to my Dad’s side of the family. At that time I began work here with Playworks Early Childhood Program.

My passion is teaching preschool children and working with families to prepare their children (I speak in plural form as I’ve never taught in a location with so many twins!!!) for the school setting they will move on to for Kindergarten.

My hobbies include working out and practicing my latest achievement; earning my cosmetology license here in the state of TX. I work evenings and weekends and go to the client’s homes to better serve their families’ needs for hair care!

I look forward in each family and working together as a team to give your child(ren) the best experience in early childhood education and care while attending our program here at Playworks.
